Jolene Barlow brings over a decade of experience in substance use disorder and behavioral health treatment to her role as Clinical Director of Cameron Ridge Treatment. As a licensed clinical addiction specialist, Jolene is passionate about providing high-quality, evidence-based care that meets individuals where they are on their recovery journey.
A proud alumna of Wilkes Central High School, Jolene earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Appalachian State University and her Master of Science in Addiction Counseling from Grand Canyon University. Prior to joining Wilkes Recovery Revolution, she served as Regional Supervisor at McLeod Centers for Wellbeing, overseeing clinical operations across five treatment facilities in Western North Carolina.
Jolene is a strong advocate for harm reduction, stigma elimination, and compassionate, person-centered care. Her return to Wilkes County reflects both a personal and professional commitment to the community that shaped her. She currently resides in Catawba County with her husband, Johnny, and is honored to help lead the team at Cameron Ridge Treatment in transforming lives through recovery.
