PhasesTransitional Housing

At Wilkes Recovery Revolution, Inc., we believe that safe, supportive housing is the foundation for lasting recovery. Our Phases Transitional Housing Program provides individuals in recovery with a structured, peer-driven environment where they can rebuild their lives with accountability, compassion, and community support.
We offer three facilities with separate programs for men and women, ensuring that each resident receives individualized support tailored to their recovery journey. Through peer mentorship, structured guidance, and a focus on life skills and personal growth, Phases helps residents transition into independent living with the confidence and stability needed to thrive.

Our program is Medication friendly, recognizing that recovery looks different for everyone. At Phases, we provide not just housing, but a home where individuals can heal, grow, and create a meaningful life in recovery.
