R3 Recovery Center is Wilkes County's first Recovery Community Organization Center. Guided by SAMSHA's 8 dimensions of wellness, we offer onsite peer navigators that support all pathways as a way to recovery. We offer onsite certified peer support specialists, a warm safe environment where individuals can have access to mutual aid, support groups, health and wellness activities, and more to enable individuals to feel supported and thrive in their communities.
